You can make use of the integrated email marketing tool, which allows you to send emails to your contacts directly from Ticketmatic using an easy-to-use editor. This tool is not intended for transactional order emails related to ticket purchases, but rather for marketing purposes.

The tool is an optional add-on that can be purchased on top of your license. The price depends on the number of emails you send annually. If the tool is not yet activated, but you are interested in using it, please contact us at support\@ticketmatic.com.

Once the tool is active, you can find it under **Audience: Campaigns**.

Ticketmatic offers two types of email campaigns:

- **Single mail:** This is a single email targeted at a specific group of recipients, such as newsletters, marketing emails, and one-off announcements. You can personalize it using contact merge tags, such as the recipient's first name. While you can add static content as you wish, it is not possible to use event-specific merge tags in this type of email.
- **Event service mail:** This type of campaign is ideal when you want to set up an email that is automatically sent a specific number of days or hours before or after a specific event to the ticket buyers of that event. These emails can, for example, contain practical information about parking, the cloakroom, or beverage options. Here, you can personalize the email with contact merge tags (like the first name) as well as event-specific merge tags (such as the event name, location, and date).

Your license includes a standard tool for sending **Service mails**. This features the same functionality as the event service mails, but with fewer options regarding layout (via HTML instead of an editor), filters, and statistics.
