# Printclient installation on Windows

The Windows version should be Windows 7 or above (8, 8.1, 10 or 11)

### 1. Download the Printclient

[Download Printclient for Windows](https://downloads.ticketmatic.com/printclient/versions/11/printclient-installer.exe)

### 2. Open the file

Double-click the downloaded file (**printclient-installer.exe**)

### 3. Proceed with installation

Installation will begin automatically.

If the following window appears, click Yes:

### 4. All done!

The printclient helper should now be installed and will be started automatically when needed.
