Campaign Monitor
To setup an integration with Campaign Monitor two things are needed: A Campaign Monitor API key and a Campaign Monitor list ID. To acquire these, execute the following steps:
- Create a Campaign Monitor account
- Locate the API key inside Campaign Monitor
- Go to your account settings by clicking on Account Settings in the topbar
- Click on Show API Key to see your API key. This API key will need to be filled in when you setup the integration with Campaign Monitor inside Ticketmatic.
- Setup a new list and find the list id
- Click on Clients in the top bar
- Select an existing client (or create a new one)
- Go to Lists & Subscribers
- Create a new list by clicking on the Create a new list button on the right.
- Fill in the necessary details to create the new list.
- Click on the "change name/type" link in the list view.

- The list ID that will need to be filled in when you setup the integration with Campaign Monitor inside Ticketmatic can be found in the API Subscriber List ID section.

- Fill in the Campaign Monitor API key and a Campaign Monitor list ID
When the integration is set up, an initial synchronization between Ticketmatic and the e-mail marketing tool will be started. Mind that this initial synchronization can take a long time, depending on the number of contacts that need to be synchronized. You can follow up on the status on this page. When the initial synchronization is finished, the integration is fully functional and ready to be used.
- Open the list that is synchronized with Ticketmatic.
- Click on segments in the right part of the screen. Here you will see a list of segments that have been created by Ticketmatic. You should see the same name as you entered in Ticketmatic in the list of segments.
- You can see the subscribers which are part of the segment by clicking on the segment.
Ticketmatic keeps track of all the communications that have been sent to your contacts. When you view the details of the contact the sent communications will be listed on the right side of the screen, together with other orders and/or remarks.
