how do i adjust the layout of a published seating plan? it is possible to modify the layout of a published seating plan without creating a new version — for example, to tweak visuals or correct numbering, as long as no seats are added or removed be aware this only applies to layout or numbering adjustments you cannot add or remove seats to ensure the edits work correctly, always start with the svg file downloaded from ticketmatic that file contains unique seat ids that must remain intact for seat recognition upon re upload go to settings → seating plan and open the plan you wish to edit click layout on the right, then download svg this downloads the svg with seat references edit the downloaded svg in your design software keep all seat ids unchanged and do not add new seats upload the edited svg via the same layout tab where you downloaded it click upload a new svg layout to re import
