through your personal user environment (my ticketmatic id), every user can enable two factor authentication for themselves to disable it again for a user, you need to contact ticketmatic to do this, click on your name in the top right corner and go to my ticketmatic id find the appropriate section and click edit in the next step, you can activate 2fa
