Resetting the Print Client
how can i reset the print client when it shows “no print client found” even though it is installed? sometimes it happens that the print client no longer seems to work, even though it is already installed step 1 – stop and start the print client type chrome //extensions in the address bar of your browser you will now find the ticketmatic browser extension on this page turn it off by clicking the on/off switch wait 5 seconds and then turn it back on by clicking the switch again step 2 – refresh the printer settings page go to settings > printers in ticketmatic refresh the page you can do this in two ways if everything goes well, the printer configuration page should appear again
