Adding a voucher to an order
how do i add a voucher to an order in case of cancellation? if a customer wants to cancel their paid tickets, it is possible to refund the amount as a voucher to do this, go to orders and open the customer's order remove the tickets the customer wants to cancel the order will now indicate that the customer has overpaid next, go to add product in the order and choose the voucher you want to use to compensate the customer for the cancellation you can now create the voucher for the amount the customer is to be refunded of course, you can deduct cancellation fees via the order costs to adjust the final amount refunded to the customer then click save the voucher is now added to the order you can give the voucher to the customer in person or send it via email the voucher will include a voucher code this code allows the customer to redeem the voucher, either in full or in part, both online and at the box office
