Configuring Mollie POS

how do i configure my mollie pos in ticketmatic? order the terminal from mollie you can order the terminal from your mollie dashboard https //my mollie com/dashboard/login?lang=eng or contact mollie via https //www mollie com/products/pos payments once you’ve received the terminal, you can proceed with the next step activate the required payment methods in your mollie dashboard activate the mollie pos from your dashboard to accept payments via the terminal, the credit card payment method must also be active create a new payment method in ticketmatic go to settings → payment methods and click 'add' give the new method a name and select the type 'mollie pos' if this type is not available, contact your account manager at ticketmatic via support\@ticketmatic com then enter your mollie api key if you already have other mollie payment methods active, you can copy the key from there otherwise, you’ll find it in your mollie dashboard save the new payment method link the payment method to at least one payment scenario go to settings → payment scenarios and open one used for counter or box office payments add the new payment method you just created perform a test payment create an order and add a ticket or product (you can also create an event with a €0 50 or €0 01 ticket price, or use a voucher) choose to pay with the new method it should automatically find a terminal if you have multiple terminals, you can select which one to use click 'pay' the terminal will be activated, and you can complete the payment once verified, the payment will be added to ticketmatic if no terminal is found, check that it’s correctly activated in your mollie dashboard and that the correct api key is entered in ticketmatic optional refund your test payment you may optionally delete the ticket/product from the order, which will mark the order as 'overpaid' click 'refund' and choose the automatic refund via mollie the amount will be refunded by mollie to the account used for the original payment
