Some organizers opt for upselling. This allows you to increase revenue during the ordering process by offering additional products alongside the standard admission ticket, such as related events, hospitality packages, gift vouchers, merchandise, or donations.

Currently, upselling is not yet possible through the Ticketmatic App. However, it is possible via Shops and Service emails.

A push notification is a short message that an app sends to your smartphone, even when the app is not actively in use. This can be useful for last-minute changes or cancellations.

Currently, it is not yet possible to send push notifications through the app.
