Individual ticket analysis
how can i view and analyze individual tickets? in the orders tab in ticketmatic, you get an overview of all orders in your ticketmatic account sometimes, tickets for several performances are included in a single order, which is why it can be useful to view and analyze individual tickets go to orders > actions > view individual tickets list view individual tickets are shown in a list, similar to the ticket view available at the event level (on the event configuration page) the filters and views available for ticket analysis differ from those at the order level summary you can use the summary for deeper analysis, where you see (as in the order summary) ticket sales over time sales by sales channel sales by price type the top 10 best selling events the "price type" pie chart limits the number of price types to the 10 largest segments and combines the smaller ones into an "other" category are the buyers of the tickets new or returning customers? a customer is considered "returning" if they have purchased at least one ticket for an event that took place before the events in the current selection a customer is considered "new" if they have not bought tickets for previous events how far in advance of the event date were the tickets sold? this chart compares the order creation date with the event date for each sold ticket in the selection what relation types do these buyers have? the summary can generate up to 2 pie charts that show the percentage distribution of relation types sharing the same 'parent' relation type more about configuring relation types can be found here relation types docid\ wuueeojzakouu q0a6jnu the pie chart limits the number of relation types to the 10 largest segments and combines the smaller ones into an "other" category in this example, the parent relation type is "special guests" and the child relation types are "press" and "management" the summary is only available if at least one active filter is present, to avoid generating the summary for all tickets in an account exporting from the list view, you can export a selection of tickets to excel the export button is disabled if there are no active filters
