Scanning tickets in and out

how can i set up the scanner to scan tickets when entering and/or leaving the venue? the ticketmatic scanning app offers the possibility to scan tickets both when entering and leaving the venue this always provides a live overview of the number of people present in the venue there are two ways to do this scan mode with scan mode, you can predefine whether you want to use the app for scanning tickets in or out fast switching with the 'fast switching' feature, you can quickly switch between scanning in and out using scan mode open the ticketmatic scanning app and sync the event you want to scan for you can adjust the scan mode via the three dots > settings then, via scan mode , you can choose whether you want to scan in or scan out 2 using fast switching open the ticketmatic scanning app and sync the event you want to scan for to switch scan modes, double tap on the screen if the scan mode is set to out , you will see a yellow bar at the top to switch back to scan mode in , simply double tap the screen again this allows you to quickly and easily switch between scan modes
