How can I scan tickets with my smartphone?

In addition to using a dedicated scanner, you also have the option to scan tickets with a smartphone. The Ticketmatic scanning app is designed to make it easy and user-friendly to scan tickets using a smartphone.

Please note, the Ticketmatic scanning app is only compatible with Android devices.

Install the Ticketmatic scanning app on your smartphone

, and download the latest version of the app.

You can (if your access level allows) use your personal Ticketmatic login to log in and scan.

After selecting the correct event you want to scan for, you can use the three dots menu to choose how you want to scan. There are different options, with
